There are no mirrors on our walls, or fancy machines taking up our floor space. No better technologies have ever been created to train the body than gymnastics, weightlifting, and breathing hard.
Real strength is not gained by aimlessly meandering through a sea of machines, occasionally lifting a weight or two. Spending hours on the elliptical is not a productive means of increasing cardiovascular stamina. Our equipment is simple because no machine can adequately replicate the benefits of developing sound mechanics in the natural movement patterns. We squat, press, lift, push, pull, run, jump, and throw. The beauty found in this simplicity is efficacy. At SBS we seek to instruct athletes of all abilities to move better, perform better, and achieve their fitness goals.
