With the fire getting closer and closer, there will be limited class availability. If no body is on the schedule 60 minutes prior to the start of the class, the class will be canceled. Hey everyone, Due to the fire, the air quality has gotten to the point where it has become hazardous to breath. According to the county, all Santa Barbara and Goleta is under an air quality warning. Please keep checking the website and/or facebook for gym updates. I will keep you guys all posted, until then, please try to refrain from doing anything strenuous outside and if you are having any breathing problems, headaches or any other symptoms related to air quality, please call your doctor.
