Christos Pullup

Christos is our first athlete to achieve OG status. He has been raging with us for a year now. It has been epic to witness his progress. His upper body strength is insane. He cut his "Helen" time in half after his first attempt, and just last week he threw down an 8:08 on "Jackie" taking the second spot on the board. He has also quit smoking! Hopefully we will be seeing a sub 5:30 "Fran" from him in the near future to complete his Elite Goals. Not only has Christos become a strong athlete, but he has also become a good friend. He believed in the dream that became CrossFit Goodland before we even had a gym and helped me find a spot for us to call home, and for that I will be forever grateful. Thanks for your first year of membership brother; I can't wait to see what you can do athletically in another and to experience all the good times along the way.
