On Saturday, September 25th CrossFit Pacific Coast will be hosting our local Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser. This will be an awesome event for several reasons. The atmosphere of the event will inspire some insane efforts and push you to a new PR, and the money raised will go to some incredible causes including LIVESTRONG and the Wounded Warriors Foundation. If you haven't all ready created a fundraising page go to www.fgb5.org to set one up, even if you can't make it to the event you can donate to another athlete from our community and make a difference.
