Larisa's Got Pullups Do You?

Its time to make some more goals. On Monday the goal board will be erased and everyone’s name will be written on it. You are responsible for coming up with 2 goals. One must involve a physical improvement, one must be lifestyle based. Physical goals could include a specific number of pull-ups to do, a 2k row time, or a nice snatch PR. Lifestyle goals are things like completing the Paleo Challenge, drinking less, or sleeping more regular hours.

Goal setting is important to stay motivated. These are not resolutions they are tangible achievable goals. Writing them on the board puts you in a position of accountability and is a great catalyst to success. Start thinking about what you want to achieve and make your goals specific and realistic.

Also the PR board is going to be wiped clean. Right now only a few people ever write their PRs up there. I don’t care if you squeaked out one more pullup, added 5 pounds to your deadlift, or just did “Fran” under 25 minutes for the first time. A PR is a PR and should be celebrated. Lets make an effort to fill it up every month so we have to erase it and start over.
