Our month-long Paleo Challenge reaches its halfway point today! How's it going? Are you still able to stick to it? If so how is your energy and mood? How is your performance? The whole point of taking on this challenge is to take a closer look at the foods you eat and how they affect your performance and body composition so please take a second to contemplate and post some of your experiences to comments.

REMINDER: Come support our team in the AIDS walk tomorrow at 9AM at Leadbetter Beach. Due to the walk we will be closed Saturday, but open 2-4 on Sunday for an "Open Gym" session.
