Well, before I saw this post I went out and ran 2.62 miles (according to my nike app), but every 400 meters I did 25 squats…took me 35 minutes because my mile time is super slow (and 1.5 of my mile was uphill again). The 5K will have to come another day… 🙁

Got my 5K in this morning — 27:36
My goal was to keep it under 30 minutes, so I accomplished that. I don’t think I’ll be winning any 5K races in the near future, but I’m glad I’m becoming a stronger runner without having to run every day!
