We have been having some big groups in the evening classes! To split things up a little more there will now be a 4:30PM class offered Monday through Friday. If the morning classes continue to be filling up I will add them in more days as well. As we grow a little larger be sure to welcome the newcomers and make them feel at home. Remember how your first few group workouts felt; getting used to CrossFit and joining a new community can be a little intimidating to say the least.
