Big Mark

Mark is strong. Really strong. In some ways being too strong can be a weakness. Due to his strength he has developed some bad habits that affect his ability to perform complex movements effectively. He has trouble using his hips instead of his upper body to clean. In the picture he is in a pretty good position but still is slightly muted in his hip opening. Strong people tend to violate the principle of developing power from the core to the extremity. Check out this article for a great in depth discussion of this concept.
