DON’T FORGET: GYM BBQ THIS FRIDAY!  THERE WILL BE CLASSES IN THE MORNING AND THE LAST CLASS WILL BE AT 12 PM.  IF ANYONE WANTS TO COME IN AND TRAIN, THE GYM WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO COME IN AND ENJOY AN OPEN GYM FORMAT.  THERE WILL BE A DEADLIFT WORKOUT WRITTEN ON THE BOARD IF YOU ARE BRAVE ENOUGH!
